30 Days of New Foods: Day 11: Macadamia Nut Milk

I’ve had “milk” made from soy, almonds, hemp, oatmeal and some other things I’d probably rather forget. This is my first time trying macadamia milk. I tried drinking it straight, and it was ok. Just a subtle flavor of macadamias. Like most milks, this one probably works better in pancakes or hot chocolate.
